• accept for submission: the submission will enter the Editorial stage, by-
passing external review
• decline submission: the submission will be archived and the author noti-
fied
At the end of the external review or - if you do not need the external review
- accept or decline the submission. If you click on Accpet Submission you have
to select the revised copy to use in the editorial stage, and click Record Editorial
Decision. You will then be taken to the editorial stage.
