How is ADHD Diagnosed?
ADHD is diagnosed by observing a persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-
impulsivity that lasts for at least six months and has a negative impact on academic,
occupational, or social functioning. For a diagnosis to be made, symptoms must be evident before
