Keep instructions short and straightforward
Use the child's name or gently tap their shoulder
to ensure they are paying attention when
delivering important information.
Ask the child to repeat the instruction to confirm
their understanding.
They might require reminders, supervision, and
encouragement to stay engaged with tasks.
