Ÿ  Know your physical limits for pitch and
             loudness. Seek professional vocal training
          Ÿ  Stay calm in stressful and anxious situations

          Ÿ  Avoid dust, pollutions, cold weather and other
             air borne irritants


       DON'Ts

          Ÿ  Do not clear the throat frequently

          Ÿ  Do  not  talk  loudly,  yell  and  scream  as  an
             expression of anger, frustration or joy.
          Ÿ  Do not speak in noisy environment (in cars,
             aeroplanes, social gatherings) for a long time

          Ÿ  Do not consume excessive coffee, soda, tea,
             especially before heavy voice use
          Ÿ  Do not speak or sing beyond your comfortable
             range

          Ÿ  Do not whisper, especially loud whispering
          Ÿ  Do not consume excessive alcohol, smoking
             and tobacco
