Reprint Permissions

To obtain copyright permission for a book, one of our materials, or a test, the following information must be submitted in writing via mail, e-mail, or fax.

  • Product Title(s)
  • Author Name(s)
  • Page Numbers
  • The number of copies that will be made
  • How the copies will be used (course packet, research purposes, etc.)
  • Whether or not you will charge a fee for copies
